This policy explains how Finsa (“we”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards your information when you use the Finsa mobile application. Finsa is a financial-technology platform; it is not a bank or lender.
Information we collect
- Identity & contact: name, mobile number, email, date of birth, gender, and address.
- Financial & KYC: PAN, Aadhaar, bank-account details (for gold withdrawals), employment and income details, and KYC document images you upload.
- Credit information: your credit report and score, retrieved from Equifax with your explicit consent.
- Product activity: loan applications, digital-gold savings and transactions, and the messages you send to the in-app AI assistant.
How we use your information
- To provide the core services: credit insights, loan matching with partner lenders, and digital-gold savings.
- To verify your identity, prevent fraud, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- To operate, secure, and improve the app, and to provide customer support.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to provide the service, with:
- Equifax (via DeepVue) — to retrieve your credit report, with your consent.
- Partner banks & NBFCs — when you choose to apply for a loan.
- Razorpay — to process payments and payouts.
- SafeGold — as the custodian of your digital gold.
- Cloud infrastructure providers that host our systems under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
Data retention & security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as required by law, and we apply technical and organisational safeguards (including encryption in transit and at rest) to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights & account deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account and personal data at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. For any privacy request, contact us at the address below.
